CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that you 24 hours before your appointment to cancel. Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 30% fee to the card on file. Late Arrivals $10 late fee will be added to your service if you are 5+minutes late. After 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 30% service price to the card on file. NO-Call/No-Shows If you fail to cancel your appointment and don't show up, you will be charged 50% of the service price to the card on fail.
